Used IBCs are given a second life with us. Every IBC is cleaned on our own cleaning line, tested for leaks, and inspected before it leaves our facility again. What can no longer be cleaned, we convert: a good cage is then fitted with a new inner bottle. This way, little is wasted and you keep costs low. <\/p>\n
How our reconditioning process works<\/h2>\n
Every used IBC goes through the same fixed steps, from incoming container to reusable IBC. This ensures that what you receive back is checked and ready for use. <\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tWe first determine what was stored in the IBC and whether it can be cleaned.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tThe IBC is cleaned using filtered, recycled water.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tThe cleaned IBC is dried and checked for moisture.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tFinally, we test for leaks and inspect the IBC before it is put back into service.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

Filtered and recycled water<\/h2>\n
The water we use for cleaning is filtered and recycled. As a result, consumption is limited to approximately 15 liters per IBC. This closed-loop system is intentional: it keeps water consumption low and the process manageable. <\/p>\n
For the same reason, our reconditioned IBCs are not suitable for food applications. While they can be rinsed, we do not repurpose them for food use afterward. <\/p>\n
