Jager Cleaning
Our own department for reconditioning used IBCs: cleaning, testing and inspection so they can be used again.
From used to reusable
Used IBCs get a second life with us. Each IBC is cleaned on our own washing line, leak-tested and inspected before reuse. If an inner bottle can no longer be cleaned, a good cage can be fitted with a new bottle.
Process
How our reconditioning process works
- 01
Check and classify previous contents
We first determine what the IBC contained and whether it can be cleaned.
- 02
Cleaning on the washing line
The IBC is cleaned with filtered, reused water.
- 03
Drying
The cleaned IBC is dried and checked for moisture.
- 04
Leak test and inspection
We test for leaks and inspect the IBC before reuse.
- 05
Finishing
The IBC receives a new cap with a fresh seal.
± 15 litres per IBC
Filtered and reused water
The cleaning water is filtered and reused in a closed loop. This keeps water consumption low and the process controlled. Cleaned IBCs are therefore not intended for food applications.
