IBC Reconditioning
At our site in Zuidbroek we recondition IBCs so they can be put back into use.
From used to reusable
Used IBCs get a second life with us. Each IBC is cleaned on our own washing line, leak-tested and inspected before reuse. If an inner bottle can no longer be cleaned, a good cage can be fitted with a new bottle.
Process
How our reconditioning process works

Inspection and classification
Inspection of the IBC for quality and rinsability.

Cleaning on the washing line
The IBC is cleaned with filtered, reused water.
- 03
Drying
The cleaned IBC is dried and checked for moisture.
- 04
Leak test and inspection
We test for leaks and inspect the IBC before reuse.
- 05
Finishing
The valve is fitted with a new seal and cap.
Filtered and reused water
The cleaning water is filtered and reused in a closed loop. This keeps water consumption low and the process controlled.
Empty packaging left over? We collect it.
Our own fleet collects your empty packaging. Depending on its condition, compensation is often possible.
